Good product, does need a power brick and to also include instructions on how much time to charge it, maybe if the hole on the bottom is more open the sound can be more clearly and louder, the command button on this ones are tucked in a little more giving it a wired feel but it it's safer that way so I won't brake during a battle.
I only bought one because I had seen the Buy One Get One Free sale, which as you can imagine from my rating, I never got the free saber. When I asked customer service to clarify, they claimed it was only a buy one get one free mystery gift, which is not what the ad had said or shown, it clearly showed other sabers not some mystery gift. I can’t even return it for a refund because they threatened me that there would be expensive shipping costs and “labor fees” I would have to pay. Absolutely wild never buying from them again and I don’t even want the saber anymore. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL!

Amazing product! rgb lightsaber is cheap on the price but great quality. highly recommend the sn-pixel blades. really realistic and better quality. shipping took more than 3 weeks overdue but that wasn't the fault of the supplier. even though DHL messed up the shipping, the seller was great at handling the situation. would recommend Superneox.
